[Volunteers] Meeting Committee Conference Call

Hi

It is about time we have a Meeting Committee conference call.

This will take place on at 15:00 hours on Friday 16 January  and I will schedule it for an hour.

UKNOF30 will be within a week of that, the PC meeting taking place will have concreted most (if not all) of the content, and Mike will have done his comms test at the venue (also happening next week).

I will write again within a couple or so days with the call details, agenda and various meeting logistics information.

For now, just a note to let you all know the time and date of the conference call.
