Hi All,

Apologies, I'm defeated by technology (Bluejeans isn't happy with my
Linux/Firefox combo; phoning in puzzles me with asking for a pairing code).

Anyway I think the main thing I'd offer is: As a new volunteer at UKNOF, I
suggest there might be a quick blurb to send to new volunteers to give a
better sense of what tasks might need doing, as well as 'joining instructions'
(including what time to turn up on the day): Debbie & Chris suggested helping
with registrations so Debbie could take a break which I was very happy to do,
but I don't think they were entirely clear on what to offer me by way of
volunteering.

I didn't have a sense of whether there was useful work elsewhere I could have
assisted with and a mixture of not being quite sure who was who and a certain
shyness meant I didn't approach other rednecks (lanyards that is!)

So that's my thoughts - all in all an excellent conference and I'll be happy
to help out again (mostly in Sheffield) at some future UKNOF. Thank you again
for the opportunity to attend the DNSSEC course, which was brilliant!

Warm regards,

Andrew.
