Just a quick note to say tomorrows conference call is cancelled.

Mike and I have a planning meeting at the venue on 18 August after which we will have further details about various logistics. In the meantime there is nothing to update further to our call last month.

Please look through the checklist, and put your name against the pre-meeting tasks and in-venue tasks you would like to do. We have quite a few gaps, so please do this asap.
