[Volunteers] UKNOF33 Set up on Monday 18 Jan

Hi

I am informed that we will have access to the venue from 5pm until 8pm on Monday. The venue will be set up in advance of this time so we will be able to get on with our set up and testing as soon as we arrive.

I will send another email later today with the updated check-list of tasks to be done, however generally:

UKNOF crew, Volunteers, Partners and AV company to arrive 5pm
	Setting up
		registration desk
		banners
		connectivity - set up and testing
		power strips
		presentation laptop and process - set up and testing
		rolling static slides
		presentations
		digital screens - set up and testing
		webcast - set up and testing

Exhibitor sponsors to arrive at 6pm

Please let me know your ETA for Monday so that I may put it on the plan for that evening. If you are able to, please do this by the afternoon today.

I will be creating the plan (function sheet) for this and along with the check-list, this will form the logistics documentation for the meeting.
